Crusher rubber beading is used as a seal and vibration damper in crushers, especially in industries like mining, construction, and metallurgy. It protects crusher screens from vibrations and shocks, effectively reducing wear and tear and extending the lifespan of the screens.

Elaboration:

Sealing:

The beading acts as a gasket or seal, preventing unwanted leakage or material from escaping.

Vibration Dampening:

By absorbing vibrations, the beading helps to protect the crusher screens and other components from damage caused by the crushing process.

Material Protection:

The rubber beading protects the crusher screens from the abrasive wear and tear caused by the constant impact of materials being crushed.

Lifespan Extension:

By reducing vibration and abrasion, the beading helps extend the lifespan of the crusher screens, reducing maintenance and replacement costs.

Applications:

Beyond crushing machinery, rubber beading is also used in various industries for sealing, cushioning, and vibration damping. For example, in the automotive industry, it is used as car side beading, acting as a buffer to protect the car's body from scratches and dents.

Neoprene rubber, Also known as  CR or Chloroprene, is a synthetic rubber. It has an excellent mechanical and good abrasion properties even without reinforcing filters and has a reasonable resilience in grades over 60° shore A. It displays good resistance to heat, ozone, oil and weathering and also gives good adhesion to metal. The recommended operating temperature range is between -40°C to +125°C. It has good resistance to inorganic hydrocarbons.
Chloroprene rubber Cords / Extrusion is widely used in automotive applications such as Cords / Extrusions, seals, Industrial Hoses & Belts, marine application, Fire retardant application, Electrical panel lining, Chemicals and oil resistance etc.

The rubber extrusion process is used to manufacture rubber products. Whereby an extrusion machine forces synthetic or natural rubber material through a shaped die using a high level of pressure, shaping the rubber into a pliable state which is then vulcanized to harden the piece into the desired product.1
